Services: Fixed-Scope Engagements That Actually Deliver

No open-ended consulting. No vague promises.

Every engagement is fixed-scope with clear deliverables, clear timelines, and measurable outcomes. You know exactly what you’re getting and when you’ll get it.

We work in sprints. Focused 1–6 week engagements designed to fix specific operational problems. Or we work ongoing as your Fractional COO, providing the operating leadership you need without the full-time hire.

What You'll Find Here

Each service follows the same structure: the problem it fixes, what you get at the end, the timeline, and the investment approach. No fluff. Specific deliverables and timeframes.

These are real engagements designed for founder-led SMEs and distribution businesses. The outcomes are based on actual client work.

How it works

How We Deliver These Results

Every engagement follows the same three-step method. No mystery. No open-ended consulting.

1. Diagnose

We map the workflow, find what is slowing things down, confirm who owns what, and agree the outcomes that matter (time back, speed, cash flow, customer experience).

2. Build

We build the system: handoffs, templates, follow-up, automation, reporting, and simple rules so the team runs it without you.

3. Embed

We train the team, set the weekly rhythm, track the numbers, and tighten it over the first month so it becomes the new normal.

How do I know which service I need?

Start with a call. We’ll talk through what’s broken and recommend the right engagement. If you’re not sure, Triage (1–2 weeks) gives you a clear picture of what needs fixing and in what order. If things are urgent, start there. If you know the problem area, go straight to the relevant sprint.

How much do these engagements cost?

Every business is different. Pricing is based on team size, complexity, and the number of systems involved. We’ll scope it on a call and give you a fixed quote before you commit. Most sprints (1–4 weeks) range from mid-four to low-five figures depending on scope.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Most engagements are a mix. On-site for key workshops and team sessions, remote for the build and documentation work. We’ll figure out what makes sense based on where you’re located and what the engagement needs.

What happens after the sprint ends?

That’s up to you. Some clients take the system and run with it internally. Others move into ongoing support (Fractional COO) or another sprint to tackle the next priority. Either way, you’ll have a working system at the end, not a report gathering dust.

Do you replace our existing systems?

Rarely. We build on top of what you already have. Gmail, Shopify, Xero, existing CRMs, spreadsheets. The goal is to add visibility and automation without disrupting how your team works day-to-day. Most engagements are delivered without buying new software.

What if the engagement isn't working?

We’ll talk about it. If something isn’t working, we adjust the approach or scope. Fixed-scope doesn’t mean inflexible. It means clear expectations and accountability. If we’re genuinely not the right fit, we’ll tell you and help you find someone who is.

Can you guarantee results?

We deliver the system, the training, and the first 30 days of execution support. But results depend on your team actually using what we build. If you follow the process, the results follow. The case studies on this site are from real clients who did exactly that.

Ready to Fix What’s Broken?

Start with a short scoping call. We’ll discuss your situation, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

Fixed scope. Clear deliverables. Clear timeline.

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you on the first call.
